The fully automated Opto-DesQ Vmax measuring table is used in the contact-free measurement of all geometric dimensions in industrial manufacture. With the Opto-DesQ Vmax, quality control becomes part and parcel of manufacturing and will guarantee the quality of your processes.  The Opto-DesQ Vmax measuring table is equipped with a camera system and special image recognition software, and delivers highly accurate measurement outcomes. This enables speedy recognition as to whether or not a component lies within the tolerance parameters that have been set. If these tolerances threaten to be exceeded, a signal is sent to the operator, instructing him to check his drilling settings.

Data import from 2D-drawings (.dxf-Format)

To create the measurement programme, dxf drawing data is imported and can be changed and upgraded as needed. The tolerances are transferred and can be adjusted as required. Installing the software for creating the measurement programme is carried out on a separate PC while the work is being prepared.

Measurement programme data is loaded using a post processor and can be adjusted.

Drilling spindle data feedback

This involves a machine layout for up to 7 gantries for vertical drilling with 2 spindles per gantry and a maximum drill count supported by 23 drills per drive. For horizontal drilling, there are 2 spindles on each side, with 11 drills per drive.


A bar code scanner is incorporated for retrieving measurement programmes or scanning colour and pattern data.

Measurement results

Measurement results are stored and printed as required. Analyses can be generated using the Hecht QualiTool via the data bank.
